My name is Rachel Lyn. I’m a student bodywork practitioner and seeker of holistic healing and integrative wellness lifestyle methods and modalities with deep love for global cultures and ritual. In Ayurveda, the ancient Indian alchemy for life, everything contributes to our nourishment of mind, body and soul. It is essential to nurture and curate the environments of our outer and inner space.
My perspective and practice mission is to assist in attuning root elements for your higher potential.
As a writer, I understand from a cellular level the discord that can take place between the mind-scape and the physical world. From a place of discord in my life on all levels, I sought to find techniques and rituals that help me grow further on my path – to find balance.
Together, we can utilize individualized tools to push towards wellness, balance and happiness from the present moment. To create the space for change and nurture our bodies to do the work. This forward motion and flexibility is how we find and cultivate ourselves in this ever-changing landscape. Change is the only constant.
Roots Elemental Wellness is my work to bridge ancient traditions with our modern world – through bodywork, a selection of mind-body modalities and writing & research on resources. My intention is to create space for uplifting and recovery findings that promote wellbeing on the holistic path.
Peace & gratitude,
